Finances can affect more than your credit rating. A 2015 survey indicated that for some 35 percent of respondents, the major cause of friction in relationships was money. A 2014 Harris Poll found nearly 75 percent of Americans feel financially stressed at least some of the time, and almost 26 percent of adults report feeling stressed about money most or all of the time.
So what can you do? There’s no easy answer, but one way to conquer fear is to face it head on. With finances, this means examining your current situation, setting goals to improve it, and taking steps to correct the condition.
