The Nazarene 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan is a specially designed, IRS-qualified group plan for lay and ministerial employees of Nazarene churches and church agencies, evangelists, and registered Nazarene chaplains. It is designed to provide a solid financial future with tax advantages for participants.

The Church of the Nazarene Single Defined Benefit Plan was created by the merger of the General Church Pension Plan with the Basic Pension Plan, effective January 1, 1996.
